We Audited 300 Calls.
Here’s What We Found.
Our largest HVAC client — a $10-15M/year company in Colorado Springs — was spending $10K/month on Google ads. The ads were producing leads, but not appointments. The contract was ending.
As a last-ditch effort, we dove into their call recordings. Listened to approximately 300 calls. Built a detailed spreadsheet documenting every failure point.
